they contain a good cross section of Colour Photos, Stories, Family History

it's the product of some hard working members under our editor Averil.
Please continue to send Averil any items that you think will be of interest to

The
Josselin society has a lot of hits to its
website
www.josselin.org.uk and it is from the internet
that most of our new members find us, this year I would like you to make an
effort to introduce a friend
or a contact who may be interested in joining the Josselin society.
New members are vital for our future and most of them will also make a
contribution
to our research of Josselin family history.
A
new Josselin publicity letter based on the recent 'Who do you think you are' TV
programs has been produced,
if you would like us to send one to someone who you think would be interested;
then just let me have their address or email.
My best wishes to all of you, feel free to contact me with any queries you may
have,
both for family history and the Josselin Society.
One of my New Year resolutions is to make more use of the free phone link on my
Computer
so I now have an additional phone number 05602194657 which is free to use when
on the computer.

Welcome to Lincoln Castle
By Norman

importance.
In 1068, two years after the Battle of Hastings, William the Conqueror
began building Lincoln Castle
on a site occupied since Roman times. For 900 years the castle was used
as a court and prison with many being executed
on the ramparts. Many original features still remain and the wall walks
provide visitors with magnificent views of the Cathedral,
the City of Lincoln and the surrounding countryside. Contact
